The first impression wasn’t great as the receptionist was quite surly and quite literally had a mouth filled with rotten brown teeth. As I was unsure how I felt about even using this service, it immediately put me on edge and worried about a lack of professionalism.

I decided to stick it out anyway. I’m glad I did. Everything after leaving the waiting room was great. The nurse, Kaitlin, was professional and quite friendly. Seeing a doctor via video chat was weird at first but no big deal. The counsellor, Brad was very outgoing and did a great job answering my questions and putting me at ease. He was extremely well informed and sympathetic to my concerns about the situation. All in all, I’m glad I stayed.
I was the last patient of the day and as I was leaving the rude receptionist was already wearing her coat- obviously ready to shut the door behind me and go home. Had she not been my first and last impression, the experience would’ve been perfect.
I still rated my experience a 5 star but that’s entirely due to the nurse Kaitlin and the wonderful counsellor, Brad. Thanks.

Been here a few times now and I have always had a great experience with all the staff! During my last visit they were super busy and I had to wait more than usual, the counsellor Brad Pitchette was the only one in and I remember the extreme efficiency of his work. I had 1 Renew and 2 new LP applications to do and I was out in a matter of minutes! Very impressed and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to get started or renew!

First off, very happy there are strict rules in place so that patients who are actually in need can have access to alternative medicines. Secondly, every one of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I want to personally thank all of them for helping me find healthier alternatives to my prescribed drug cocktails. This has greatly improved my life and health in a hugely positive way. Thank you again for making this possible.

Have been a patient here for 2 years. Recently had my yearly follow-up with one of the physicians. As always, the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. I've never had an issue with any wait times. My Councillor is awesome. Extremely down to earth and makes me feel at home. Answers all questions and really works with me for my individualized health care plan. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will make every attempt to support you with all of your needs. Staff are available by email whenever you need them. Unlike some other reviewers, I don't have an issue with providing a urine sample or answering any question that is asked relating to my illness.

Today was my three month follow up and once again I couldn't be happier! All three counsellors I've dealt with, in person, by phone or e-mail, were friendly, informative and took time to address all my questions. For myself I found the staff very friendly and, unlike other reviewers, had no problem with giving a urine sample. Now that I have done the three month follow up and am staying on the same product I don't need to come back for 12 months. The fact that there is always someone I can reach for answers to my questions is reassuring.
I do agree that the wait can be a bit long but since it's only once a year I can live with that!
