Parking is impossible. I have a truck and I litterly can't simply drive around the building. They only take cash for parking and dont have/give change. They dont answer their phones. They dont have voicemail. I havn't felt heard by the doctors there either. I'd give zero if I could.

Been here a few times now, front staff is always very friendly and they can book me in fairly quickly. Dr. Trutt is great though sometimes it can be a long wait, however I don't blame him as some people need more time than others. I'm happy to have him as my family doctor :)

I had to get a medical exam form filled out for work. I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me. Dr Daniel Trutt was excellent. Efficient and friendly. Great staff on the front desk. Very helpful with a big smile even though they were super busy.

Omg...such horrid treatment from Dr. Daniel Trutt has left our family in shock. He showed no empathy with regards to our situation and refused to treat our family. He just wanted us out of his office. I was in tears. We are a family of four that was referred to this clinic because they were taking patients. My husband and I drove from Kingston, where there are NO doctors taking patients, with our 18 year old, non verbal, autistic son, my 20 year old daughter. We are a family needing urgent care and monitoring of blood work. I believe it was our complex case and Dr. Trutt laziness that he refused to consider being our physician. He was overwhelmed and disorganized and down right brash and rude. I begged him for meds for my family (at least for the month) which he reluctantly gave. I have never seen a doctor refuse care. Dr. Kayode Adeleye also refused to see us once he returned from his vacation. So, if you live out of town do not go to this office. Reception were more sympathetic and considerate of our situation although the wait was 4+hours.
