Waited an hour passed my "appointment" (before i left) while they literally saw every single "walk in" that came in after me. Non existent receptionists... go ANYWHERE else! Would rate 0 stars if i could.

Lengthy automated answering simply directs you to an answering machine. Will anyone call you back? Good luck!
It took me 10 days of calling several times a day to speak to a live person. And it's not the first time. As a patient I'm made to feel like
livestock there.
Increasingly I feel that Ontario's health care situation has gone from good, to bad, to Soviet style. But the situation at TFMC is becoming
a bit mucho. I may seek an alternate clinic before long...

Dr. Engle is our prediatrician. He's amazing. He listens, he doesn't rush us, and he's kind. The nurse (I forget her name) is fantastic too. Reception could be better, but I'm willing to overlook her sometimes frustrating attitude because Dr. Engle is A++.

The doctors are all good. I just have a problem that they give an appointment on a card and it is so much in advance that once i loose this card i cannot know my appointment day or time. They have no email and NO ONE answers the phone. If you leave many messages also NO One will call you back. Then they might say if you don't show up you will be charged a no show I guess. This causes stress in me. I have no money to survive lest pay any fines. If you call the general reception also no one picks up the phone.

I have been going to the same family doctor for more than 20 years. His name is now on the list of physicians practising at this clinic, but I can't get through to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. The website contains no useful information, and no e-mail contact. The Google page says the centre is open only on Saturdays. What in blazes is going on here?
