Maureen Patterson has been my State Farm agent since her business opened, I visited on referral and have received excellent service each time. Not only does she explain everything in detail but she also connects with me periodically to ensure everything is still working for me. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions and due to the trusting environment she has created, I recently brought my investing business over to her as well. I would recommend her to friends, colleagues, and anyone else looking for an all encompassing agent.

Hi Maureen:I just wanted to thank you and let you know how thrilled I am with the State Farm service regarding my claim. The woman on the phone (I'm sorry I didn't write down her name) was so helpful and courteous. She answered all my questions and provided me with a step by step overview of what needed to be done. Harvey Gillard, the appraiser, was again, really helpful, friendly and prompt. Amazing people!! State Farm customer service is above and beyond. Today I was dealing with an airline and a telephone service provider and wow, could they ever learn a thing or two from State Farm about customer service.Thanks for all your help.Anne MacRae
