I explained a challenging situation I had with some leggings I bought even though it was past the return/exchange policy, they apologized for the inconvenience and offered an exchange without a fuss. Fantastic help, phenomenal staff, love walking in there and shopping, the employees are very friendly, understanding and social. Proud customer of Lululemon.

Typical lululemon store but the staff were great, lots of smiles and was very helpful. Staff always kept busy making the store look neat. Store is kept clean as well.

Just wanted to shout out to the great people of the Rideau store of Lululemon for such wonderful customer service. I'm not from Ottawa, but they shipped my sweater all the way back to Sudbury at no cost to me. Received my sweater today and I'm very happy with it. Thank you again to Harry Walsh for such wonderful service. Also a big shout out to the gentleman who helped me get the sweater fixed. Very, very pleased with this stores customer service. Most definitely will be returning to this store in the future. Thank you.
