After a motor vheicle pedestrian accident Dr. ellard has done a great job with my muscle recovery after suffering a severe brain injury. Dr Ellard saved my life. This place is really amazing

They have a dress-code, back talk clients (violation!), hard to book if not 'regular', physiotherapy room here is a joke for most things, chiropractic is not recognized by MDs as beneficial anywhere in the world, that i know of. What is the owner going to say to this i wonder? It looks nice inside and one or two stellar RMTs, the others aren't. I had to redo multiple physio issues at another establishment and could have warranted me to go into surgery for something basic had I stayed going there for more limited physio. I recommend all go next door to "Back on Track" for Physiotherapy, easier to book and more established in Ottawa.

-Reply: What is done is done. Nice pr move though, I would do the same if my life's work was being criticized. PS. Its down the road when you have to fuse your spine's vertebra with surgery; usually after limping into the ER with back pain from slip discs. That is why chiropractors aren't liked, until that happens 'adjustments' feel like the cure. Again, by then it's TOO LATE! Reply to BLG & Associates and cease wasting everyone's time on here, it is lame.

I year ago I couldn't walk do to a badly pinched sciatic nerve. Within 2 months of daily treatment I was able to return to work and a year after return to racing rally bikes. Doctor Elard is a true professional. Do not expect a quick fix, expect to heal.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at Back in Balance. The receptionists are always very welcoming and welcome you by name very quickly after your first visit. Dr. Allard is a skilled, knowledgeable and welcoming chiropractor who will put a smile on your face after nicely realigning your body. Lorrie Douthwright is an extremely talented, skilled, kind hearted massage therapist and is the best massage therapist I have found (and I've looked many places until I found her). Her skilled mind and hands can help you with any aches and pains you might have. Thank you for your exceptional service!
