Don't get a massage here. The massage itself was actually great but the atmosphere ruined the experience for me. The massage room is in the basement where you go down dirty wooden steps to. Then the room isn't soundproof and I could hear children and people running up and down the wooden stairs the entire time! If it hadn't been a gift from a well-meaning person, I would have left.

I can't comment on how well Amanda does hair because I had the worst customer experience just trying to book an appointment that ended with Amanda stealing my Groupon even though I never once set foot in her salon.

The day before my appointment she asked that I change it to convenience her. When I informed her that I had other appointments that day she suggested I change them all to help her and lead me to believe she would make sure I was late for them anyway. When I later contacted her to move the new appointment she quoted her 24 hour cancelation policy and said she would be charging me for the appointment anyway. When I asked that she make an exception because I had moved my day around to accommodate her, she reported me to Groupon, flagged the account (which is a friends as this Groupon was a gift) and redeemed the full amount.

Based on this alone I wouldn't dream of letting her near my hair.

A great experience! I bought a deal off of Groupon and was not disappointed. I have tried out other Spas that offer similar services and this is the one that I would recommend and happily go back to. Fozia is amazing and will go above and beyond for you. The staff gets to know you as a person and even if they don't see you for awhile, when you come back it's like you never left. She took the time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable so that the whole experience was both personal and professional.

If you are debating between here and somewhere else, I recommend you go in to talk to them. They are very friendly and more than willing to accommodate your needs.

I had a great experience with Fozia. I had some scaring on my face from pimples over the years and wanted to clear them up. I used microdermabrasion (2 treatments) and photo facial treatments (3). I had great results. Coupled with the dermalogica skin care line that is recommended, my skin became much less prone to breakouts as well. It has been almost a year since the treatments and the results have held up. I have neglected my routine a little bit, and have had a few breakouts but not like I used to, and my skin is less sensitive. I only tend to break out around my period which is normal. If you have dark spots on your skin, the photo facial will hurt, but the pain decreases as your dark areas lighten. I turned to topical treatments to avoid prescription acne medication from the doctor (which they prescribed a little too readily). I would do some research and give it a try.

Rating is worst than poor!
My wife has had three appointments cancelled in a row. Two times when she showed up for her appointment she was told that they didn't have a stylist so they could not do her hair. No phone call to advise that the appointment was to be cancelled. The other time we did get a call the morning of the appointment. This place is totally unprofessional I would not recommend it to anyone, in fact I suggest you stay away. I asked many times for the owner or manager call to explain and no call back
