I drive out of the way (downtown) to get the best massage every 4 weeks. The front desk is always very welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend Renu Spa!

I went to Renu Spa for a facial for the first time and loved the experience. Laura was very professional and I left there not only with lovely skin but feeling very relaxed. In addition, they did not push their products on me which I really appreciate.

I had a great time at the spa yesterday - the receptionist was very nice and offered me a glass of water as I waited.

I got a registered massage, my RMT is Sue, she is very zen and takes very good care of me. This is the second time I see her and both experiences were great! She was on time, something i greatly appreciate. She is great and I highly recommend her and the spa.

I really appreciate the location of this spa, it's perfect for a quick escape during a stressful work day! The only down side, is being downtown as you can imagine there are city sounds now and then from the traffic or old pluming, that said the location is so close it makes up for that!

Thanks to everyone at Renu Spa Urban Retreat - I look forward to my next visit! .

Masseuse was great. Very responsive and worked the areas that needed the most help.
Disappointing on the service side.
No change room or offer of slippers and robe meaning I clomped around in my hard sole shoes - rather noisy. Just toss your things on the other massage table in the room.
No after-massage shower offered meant I walked 20 mins in the sun with a sun attracting oil on my exposed neck and arms. Oh and the grease-bomb of hair. And the now oil-stained and unwearable shirt.

I have been going to Renu Spa for a few years. I like that you have the choice to either call or book online for massage. People at the reception are always very friendly and ask if you would like a a glass of water with lemon
when u come in. I usually go there for a massage, I always see the same person and she's amazing for deep tissue massage. A tried a few different massage therapist there and they are all very good. I have tried other services like eyebrow waxing and was always pleased. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing.
