Misdiagnosed my cat and charged me for a pointless treatment becaue they didn't investigate properly. Said they wouldn't charge me for first consult, staff did anyways. Examination room was filthy. Big waste of time and money.

So far so good with these vets. We brought our cat in for blood tests and were super impressed with the vet tech's handling of our elderly, scared kitty. The way she held him, you could really tell she loves animals, and he calmed down for her immediately. Their pricing is similar to others in the area, so pricey, but what are you going to do? So far, we're very satisfied with the level of care and communication between ourselves and the office.

Sybil (my Siamese) and I must give praise to the wonderful staff at Westboro Animal Hospital.

Dr. Sime in particular is the best vet I have ever encountered in all my years having four legged friends. She was able to solve the many mysteries of Sybil with more attention and care than I have ever seen.

All of the friendly faces who help the practice run smoothly are just great as well.

YOUR FUR BABIES WILL THANK YOU AND YOUR HEART AND MIND WILL BE COMFORTED. I can't say enough good things about everyone who works here. From the front staff to the vet techs to the vets themselves. They really care about you and your fur babies. You are never asked to do more than is needed by way of tests and medications.. Everything is explained to you and the best course of action is taken. My heart has been broken RIP Gus my 19 year old cat and George my 2 year old rat. I can tell you that when I made the hard but right choice to say goodbye I never felt more at peace. I wish that I had them in my life when my beloved dog Sherri and my other dear cats Spooky Samson and Marmaduke became ill years ago. My fur family now two cats Max and Sid and a ferret Rose LOVE to go all together to see their friends. They race to their carriers. Please visit Dr Ian and the other amazing vets special mention to Cheryl Laite my ferret vet expert and the knowledgeable staff at Westboro. I can never thank them enough for their support and help with trying to be the best pet mom I can be.
