Salti is wonderful. The instructors are genuine and kind. The studio is simple and beautiful. The schedule has variety and options. The classes have great range from challenging to uber relaxing and everything in the middle. The hot studio feels amazing, and the upper studio has gorgeous natural light.
It is just the best.

From restorative to flow , the classes range in difficulty but there is something for everyone. Salti yoga is an amazing place to begin your yoga journey. The space and staff will help guide you physically and emotionally to deepen your connection with the art of yoga.
