I dont know what these people are referring to when they talk about "knowledgeable" "caring" staff???.
I went in to find out information about spaying my cat who had recently had her first litter of three kittens.
I asked how soon after giving birth could she be spayed? Neither of the 2 women at the counter were able to answer. They had to wait until a younger girl came out and ask her. She had an answer but seemed unsure. Saying "it should be ok now?" When I asked "what if she got in for the Op and they found that she was already pregnant again? Neither could answer. Again the younger one came out and said they could abort the kittens while operating but would be a significant price increase.
I was then handed quote on paper for $678!!!
When she saw my reaction to the cost she proceeded to try and talk me into putting my cat down or taking her and her kittens to the humane society where im sure they would eventually be put down as well.
CARING??????? not in the least. All this place cares about is money. not animal warfare.
My friend also took his dog in who desperatly needed an operation to survive. They wanted thousands of dollars and would not even offer any type of payment plan to manage the bill. They also tried to convince him to kill his dog to save money. CARING????
his dog got the operation at another hospital for a few hundred dollars made in monthly payments. His pet has been living a happy healthy life ever since.
Myself I got my cat spayed and all vaccines and pain meds etc at High st animal hospital for $230. EXTREMELY caring staff there who cuddled my pet and even took photos and put them on their web site.
Had straight definitive answers for all my questions with supporting facts. They even were able (sadly) to abort the new kittens she was pregnant with at NO charge as she was barely 1 week pregnant.
THERE IS NOTHING CARING ABOUT TRYING TO CONVINCE PEOPLE TO KILL THEIR PETS TO SAVE MONEY. especially when they can be saved or arent even in a life threatening situation.
Why did these ppl become vets? Not because they want to help animals obviously. They just want money.
I will never go there or recommend them.

Very caring staff and very supportive in sad situations and excellent with pets even our guinea the pig. Highly recommend them.

Very caring and attentive staff, Sherbrooke Height Animal Hospital also as numerous excellent Doctors.
It meant the world to have the support of the Sherbrook Height Animal Hospital.
That last decision to make for the benefit of a loyal friend ouch, it hurts.
I want to thank the staff of Sherbrooke Height Animal Hospital and
