About the restaurant : The waiter was really not good. Asking a second time for our order (when there is only 7 meals on the menus), really awkward, didn't answer well our question. The food was good, but not more than that. Their was not enough food in the plate and it was really expansive. The restaurant is really beautiful though.

Conveniently located within the old town district. Rooms are very clean. The view depends of course, we wouldn’t call it ‘view’ in our room. Rooms were squeezed with furniture, although not enough. Our room had the size for one king bed, instead they squeezed in two queens. Lobby and all other public areas in the hotel need extremely a refurb an upgrade. Overall: Very touristy, not bad, just don’t like to book it again.

We were really unsure of where to stay in Old Quebec City, and we could not have been happier with our choice of the Hotel Clarendon. The location is perfect, the staff warm, friendly and helpful and the room met all our needs nicely. The jazz musicians performing over the weekend were great, and a provided a wonderful wrap up to our days exploring Quebec City. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is perfect, the staff warm, friendly and helpful and the room met all our needs nicely. We booked 2 rooms there for the week of July 2 to July 8, 2017 for a family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is in a perfect location with regard to the sightseeing we needed to do plus shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance as well. We ate at the restaurant 3 separate times and the food and service was excellent! Rooms and hallways were very clean and beds were comfortable as well. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here are outstanding. I never had an interaction where they failed to fulfill my needs. This was always performed in a friendly manner without regard to my poor french. The rooms are clean and sufficiently appointed for our needs. The only meal we took here was breakfast and that was akways wonderful. The hotel is perfectly located for excursions throughout Old Quebec. When we arrived, we parked our car out in front and they whisked it away for us. Should I ever return here, this will be my first choice for accommodations.
