My wife and I visited Quebec City last week and stayed at Hotel Louisbourg. Easy to find, right in the middle of the old city and close to everything. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Were going back next fall and will stay at this hotel again. Thank-you!

Part of the Nouvelle-France owned hotels that surround it (4 properties in total). Don’t forget that you have to check-in at the Hotel Acadia around the corner; there is no one stationed at the Hotel Louisbourg. In comparison, I have only been to the Hotel Acadia as well, and it would seem that the Louisbourg is the low-cost budget option. The room was nice, but nowhere nearly as nice as the Acadia. The internet hardly worked, and the HVAC controls were so convoluted that there were signs everywhere trying to explain how to use it. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and well-enough appointed, and the location can hardly be beat. 6/10
