DO NOT GET YOUR WARANTEE FROM THEM.
Poor service, has all the excuses on why they won't fix your car or cancel the contract. I was lied too about what they covered and now that they got the money from me for my 4 year warantee they do not want to help. I spent 3500 $ for this warantee and I was told that it covered any mechanical problems all I needed to do was bring it to any garage ppp was partnered with and not pay anything else, however now they are saying that I would need to pay for the hours of labor to fix the problem which is about 100$ an hour . I will be contacting a lawyer about this.

Service à la clientèle pitoyable, on nous traite comme des ignorants.
Le groupe PPP sélectionne et autorise des garages pour faire les réparations, mais n'est pas capables de nous référer à un endroit qui répondra aux normes de leur guide "Mitchell". Résultat? Après PLUSIEURS jours de débats, nous avons dû leur demander la liste de leurs garages affiliés et faire la recherche nous même afin d'en trouver un qui répondrait à leurs normes. Autrement, nous aurions dû payer de nombreuses heures de main-d’œuvre puisque les deux concessionnaires ainsi que le garage affiliés près de chez nous ne pouvaient faire la réparation à l'intérieur du délai prescrit par le guide "Mitchell". Pourtant, cette réparation était couverte, pièces et MAIN-D'OEUVRE!
Je me suis fait prendre il y a 12 ans. Mon conjoint leur a donné une chance il y a deux ans espérant que ça ait changé... mais non, nous le regrettons grandement!!! À éviter!!!

Horrible service, do not use this PPP service, made me wait 2 weeks for a use part to come in. At the end the part could be defective. Zero customer experience value.
