They refused to renew my policy and didn't send written notice to shop early for other provider. The reason: I filed 2 claims and was 0% responsible for both.

Very bad services. Did not get reimbursed after 18 months of loss. Commercial insurance. Be careful.

It is my first experience ever submitting a claim that for an accident that is not even my fault and it has been two months now that I cannot get any information from l'Unique. The agent in charge of my file gets back to me 3 days later every time whereas her recording says she will call you back in 24 hours. I was charged for car rental while they take their time "investigating" I don't know what. Now I'm in the process of moving and have no car. And I have car and home insurance with them. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Bad service and the broker doesnt answer phone calls or emails
Got a claim since (september. 14. 2016)
Had a car accident and im still waiting for my broker to finish my claim the same broker that doesnt answer phone calls or emails
And he didnt even give us a rental car and when i asked for one he said he gonna see
And never got a call back and im still waiting until now.
I got sick of this
I pay full coverage for a useless paper and bad service.
