Horrible service when you actually make a claim. Took over a week for someone to actually go on site and see the car and finally almost 3 weeks to get a final answer from the claims department. I am currently switching insurance companies and would not recommend L'unique assurance to anyone!

They refused to renew my policy and didn't send written notice to shop early for other provider. The reason: I filed 2 claims and was 0% responsible for both.

Very bad services. Did not get reimbursed after 18 months of loss. Commercial insurance. Be careful.

It is my first experience ever submitting a claim that for an accident that is not even my fault and it has been two months now that I cannot get any information from l'Unique. The agent in charge of my file gets back to me 3 days later every time whereas her recording says she will call you back in 24 hours. I was charged for car rental while they take their time "investigating" I don't know what. Now I'm in the process of moving and have no car. And I have car and home insurance with them. I would not recommend it to anyone.
