This is a great gym, very friendly staff, excellent equipment and comfortable atmosphere. I recommend this gym if you are local, or looking for an alternative to the sub-par hotel gym. Fair prices for those travelling as well. 👍👍👍

One of the best gym in central Quebec city. The staff is nice and helpful and people don't act like douche and drama queens. I like their no phone in toilets policy.
