Left property in taxi. Told they would drop it off at hotel. The taxi driver did not. Numerous calls, fobbed off, ignored, lied to and basically no return of my property. Disgusting. Told need to 'make it worth drivers while'. Blackmailed - hotel intervened and sorted this. So obvious you hate uk tourists but like taking our money. Would not recommend due to not being trustworthy or honest

We waited 5 minutes after noone showing up, gave a call, and they told us the taxi must have picked up the wrong person.. at least the other taxi right after showed up 10-15 mins later. When you need a taxi to go to the airport you expect them to arrive...good thing we didn't wait too long to call.

One star is a very generous rating for this company. I placed an order and waited for an hour just to find nobody showed up. Called two times during my wait, all they said was the car is on the way and they have no idea how long it would take, which doesn't really make sense. Worst experience in Quebec. Not reliable at all. Used Uber instead
