Excellent service. Make sure you sign up for fast track. They will treat you like VIP and picking up and dropping off is a breeze.

We had a little misunderstanding price wise but the staff went the extra step to solve the problem.

Another rental company had "overlooked"our booking which had been made two weeks previously. We were supposed to leave for our vacation in 3 hours. I called budget and they rented us a vehicle in time for us to leave with no hassles! Highly recommend this company!

it was ok at the start then it took them forever to transfer the info to the person at fault that hit my vehicle and wrote it off. now 4 month later i get an additional bill??? nothing but the run around and don't be surprised if they bill you months down the road. poor poor customer service I will never rent a car here again. stay away!!

Pretty tough to rent a truck when no one answers your call. I tried 4 times to get through in Red Deer and when I finally got through I was on hold for roughly 5-7 minutes. I spoke to a fellow that barely spoke english, and he transferred me to car rentals. When car rentals explained they don't rent cube vans, she said she would transfer me to the correct place....Oklahoma city!!! And because she was in the US, she apologized and said she didn't have access to Canadian systems!
So I was on the phone for slightly over a half an hour, and got nowhere. Rest assured, I will not call Budget for any of my rental needs. But if they would like to learn how to run a successful business, they're more than welcome to ask.
Sadly, I had to give them 1 full star in order to post my review. I guess that would be for the very polite lady I spoke to in Oklahoma...
