The staff are so friendly and truly do get you the best policy for the pest price! My broker is Ashley May, she is very friendly, professional and works fast, she listens to any concern and works around everything you need and want. I obtained some additional business insurance with Jim McKay, the Commercial Account Manager. Jim was very thorough regarding my needs for coverage. He also provided me with excellent customer service and was very genuine and timely with his followup.

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Fraser Clarke was for me. I came to him after my previous insurance company had raked me over the coals and taken all of the money I had saved for a trip I was taking in three days. He worked non stop helping me cancel with the company, returning my money in a timely fashion and even helped me set up new insurance via email while I was half way across the world. Fraser is an absolute gem and I would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone and everyone.

Best insurance company I have ever dealt with. I change vehicles at least once every two years and with a simple email or phone call I am always taken care of. Rates are the lowest I have ever had both for personal use as well as when I was insuring my business. Can not recommend enough.

I deal with the staff at access and they are all awesome. Diane Carson is the broker I mainly deal with she is fast, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend giving her a call for your personal insurance needs. If it's commercial insurance your looking for call them and they will provide you with top notch service. You will not be disappointed with this organization. Great bunch of people.
