30 Minute Hit is the workout I have been longing for my whole life! It is high energy, fun, inspiring, and so much more! The trainers are amazing and always push you to do your best! The motivation I receive from them is worth more than words can say. They remember your name, and genuinely care about your fitness journey! This is the best workout I have ever done. I LOVE RED DEER 30 MINUTE HIT!

My favourite place outside my home - I adore my HIT. Lori is an amazing inspiration and her girls are simply fantastic. I wouldn't trade my time there for anything. I feel energized and strong. My day just wouldn't be complete without a visit to the hit!

I appreciate the knowledge and encouragement of the staff; I have some joint issues and back pain and they always have another idea to change it up if something hurts. The women who attend are inspiring and don't hesitate to push each other towards their goals. The atmosphere is great and I always look forward to going.

I've always hated going to the gym. It made me feel so inadequate and I could never figure out what I was doing. I really don't like those feelings.
Since I've been going to 30 Minute Hit, I haven't felt any of those feelings once. In fact, I can feel myself gaining confidence, building strength, and rediscovering my love of working out. There isn't a specific class time, so it's easy to fit a good Hit into my schedule (morning or evening). Lori, Breanna and Carmen have been extremely encouraging and instructive since the moment I threw my first jab-cross; they know just what to say to kick my butt into gear!
I highly recommend getting started with the Hit! You won't be disappointed
