Staff are friendly but Paolo, the instructor of the 2 hour workshop we attended, allowed one woman to snore like a freight train through most of the Nidra Yoga, even after saying he would come bring people back to awareness if they starting snoring so they would not disturb the class. It took 5 of us sitting up before he dealt with the snorer; we were very, very disappointed. Then there was his 5 minute sales pitch at the end of class when all we wanted to do was to get out of there, thanks but no thanks.

Absolutely love this place.
The atmosphere is perfect.
Staff are knowledgable and great at assisting individuals into positions and offering alternatives.
I'm addicted!

Well run studio. There's a nice vibe every time I visit. The instructors are friendly and chill. Sometimes I find instructors with fitness-based backgrounds to have a bit of an overwhelmingly high-strung energy for me but that is not the case here. They offer heated and non-heated classes, and the studio is modern. Also, they have more classes on the schedule than any other studio I've used - this is especially valuable if you would like to get into yoga on a regular basis and take part in unlimited monthly passes. Prices are definitely competitive.

Fantastic! The instructors are both personable and lovely, they understand that not everyone is at the same pace (well not yet LOL) and compensate with everyone at their level of fitness. Highly recommend this studio they are energetic and yet give a relaxing vibe to a trying day, especially the bergamot towel they prepare for each student at the end of class. After just a few sessions, found the weight just slipping off...
