I had a great experience there. I was also afraid to get waxing done for the first time but the people there soon made me feel at home. I am extremely sad that they are closing and i will miss them very much!!!

The receptionist was extremely rude. I walked in with my mom and my brother and I wasn't allowed into the treatment room because it would be "too small". Absolutely horrible experience with the people who work there.

I went to Serengeti to get advice about anti-aging remedies and found both the doctor and the staff to be very informative and friendly! I was scared to death to get botox, but my fears were relieved after talking to the doctor and the manager. Dr. Myburgh really listened and told me exactly what the cost would be and I am sooo happy. I look great! And my husband thinks so too. :) I would recommend them to anyone.
