I did the group classes at LG and they were great. The classes were fun and challenging for any level of fitness. During my workouts at LG I was in the best shape I have been in for years. They help my conditioning, endurance and helped build muscle. I would recommend a class at LG to anyone.

LGFITNESS is a great full service private training facility! The staff is friendly and the training staff is very knowledgeable and motivating. No membership required!
