Slow treatment by an unexperienced physiotherapist.
Wasted $80 and an hour to find the problem when I told them what the problem was at the start, hence I received no actual treatment.
Everything has to be directed through a "senior" therapist who isn't even there. The therapists I've been to before are qualified and work for themselves.
I received about 6 follow up appointments to treat a very minor shoulder injury. One appointment is simply to meet the senior therapist. What a waste of time and money grab.
Unless you want to use all your insurance coverage within a month on a minor injury, look elsewhere.
Along with no "senior therapist" on site, also no reception. Personal experience completely gone.
