Very poor & slow staff working at the Drive Thru. I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the drive thru box. I waited for almost five minutes and I had to shout hello before someone actually responded. I ordered hot wings and they said there would be a six minute wait which is fine. But when I got to the second window after paying, I had to wait for another 10 minutes and there was no sense of urgency. I see the 2 supervisors just goofing around and taking their time. The staff working at the cashier actually had to intervene because he saw that I was getting pissed. Plus the two supervisor tried to cheat their delivery time by deleting my order from their window and they did not give me an actual receipt so I could not do a survey. But too bad, they forgot about Google review. This happened on September 24, 2017 around 8:00 pm. Plus it really does not help when you have a screaming baby in the vehicle.

The place is good in cleanliness, the passion of employees over there is superb and the food is really finger licking tasty...
