My baby Boston developed the nasty case of kennel cough that was going around. My regular vet, a popular one on the way to Regina Beach, informed me the earliest appointment would be mid November. Regent Park, recognizing that a case of kennel cough really shouldn't wait, was able to see my Boston that afternoon with very flexible appointment times. There was an exam required, of course, before any medication could be prescribed. His esophagus was getting inflamed with the coughing so antibiotics were prescribed to help prevent the chance of pneumonia setting in. Exam and 2 kinds of antibiotics...120$...that was awesome!!! Then I get a call 3 days later asking how he is. Awesome again!! Thanks for taking care of my little guy!!

Fantastic service. My dog was sick I went in to this one because it was close to home. They fixed her up on the spot and called twice to make sure she was ok. Thank you for caring.

They don't care about your pet, just your money. I went in to get my dog's nails trimmed. I was told $20.00 on the phone. They discovered an infection in my dog's foot, and said he would need antibiotics. Ok, no problem, until I went to pay and my bill was $ 113.00, $ 20.00 for the nails, $24.00 for the prescription, and the rest for an exam I didn't ask for. So I told them I wasn't paying for the exam, and they refused to sell me the prescription my dog needed. What a bunch of scammers. I will never go back there. P.S. the exam consisted of the filling of the prescription, weighing my dog, looking at his teeth, and checking his heart rate. What a joke

Excellent friendly care given to Helix by the vet and staff. The business was not busy and the fees were very reasonable. I especially liked that I was able to attend when stiches were administered. And no freezing or anesthetic was required. I will be definitely be back.

I took my dog here because he had a minor emergency and we couldn't get into our regular clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the vet is very kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to confirm that my dog did, in fact, have an ear infection. Prices are very reasonable. Very impressed, will be back!
