The place served me two subs with bad bread and after the second attempt to rectify the situation, I just wanted a refund to which the manager asserted she could only compensate with a store credit. No apologies or sympathetic courtesies were offered after the trouble which I though was a bit crass and rude. Would not recommend.

Ordered a ham and turkey sub and couldnt see the meat and cheese until I opened it. One thin slice of each. They know in delivery people dont check it until after the driver leaves. The crew needs to be replaced. Caseys is a lot better. You people are going out of business.

Sandwiches were good.
Young man was mopping the lobby without wringing out his mop. My 77 year old mother could have fallen in the pool of water. Music way to loud. Girls sitting on the floor filling chips right where the ordering counter is all of this at 1:05pm. According to your website that's during your busy time. Alot of messing around behind the counter..
