My cat had kind of an emergency situation and they did everything they could to squeeze her in the schedule ASAP. They were all super friendly and made my cat feel comfortable (which she normally isn’t around strangers in places she’s never been).

Great vet office and great care. They are very loving to the animals and explain everything in detail. Would definitely recommend

Seriously, the best office ever!!
When my dog hurt her leg they told me to bring her right in, I arrived an hour before closing. Every person I saw from the front desk, assistants, techs and especially Dr. Darling was friendly & patient. They stayed almost an hour after closing! I am so happy my Ruby is gonna be OK. Thank you so much ladies, you're awesome!

I adopted three cats from the Humane Society two years ago and was given a certificate for a free checkup for my kids at North River Animal Hospital! I have been going there ever since. The staff is awesome, friendly and so very kind and gentle with everyone's pets. Dr. Barnes is so very compassionate and patient. I have never had a veterinarian like her. The staff always goes above and beyond their duty. They even take my kids from the car and back out again because they can be pretty heavy. I would recommend that anyone searching for someone to take care of their special kids.....call North River Animal Hospital for an appointment! Merry Pack
