I moved from BC and wish to change my drivings license with them. Very unwelcome service attitude. Their attitude let you felt you brought troubles to them.

Bad business practices, my step daughter is on auto pay through her bank and needed money for a more important matter and went to cancel the auto pay at this business and buy an 8 day permit. She goes there and and tells them to cancel so they won't take the money from her account. And they cancel her plates. But I guess for the sale or profit for this company they didn't tell her that SGI already took the money for the plates the night before and went ahead and cancelled the newly paid for plates at a $25 fee and sold her the permit for a a quick sale. Young and naive sure, but a reputable business should have told her and explained things. So now she's still out the amount of money equal to a plate payment (because they are mailing her a check) but on the hook for a cancelation fee and doing without the stuff she was trying to save the money for in the first place and still has to replate in 8 days.

Friendly fast service but seems like the front desk workers don't have a lot of knowledge. They're always asking other people in the back for help.
Willing to do consults over email which is great.
