I’ve had two facials at Polished now. The first a week before my wedding and the second during the first trimester of my pregnancy. Honestly I can’t think of a better way to spoil myself! Nearly two hours of relaxation and surrender. Thanks Jessica for your service!

I do not use any products on my face other than the products recommended by both the owner and the front manager of Polished Beauty Spa. I have used the products for 3 years now since my first facial and now at the age of 60 I am often told that my face does not show my age. The products go much further than any other expensive products I have purchased and are much healthier. I have 3-4 favorites and always love trying new products as well. There hasn't been anything that hasn't worked for me. I tell loads of women to visit this spa and talk to Jess or her manager for all skincare needs.

Very strange, physically forceful, and unpleasant experience. Includes bizarre things like holding your (naked!) legs apart by the ankles and shaking them - not relaxing, and utterly uncalled for during a facial. Owner condescendingly implies that skin concerns are the result of not washing your face, or of wearing makeup. Ironically, makeup is actually applied as part of the facial, so of course before/after photos on social media are amazing. I found that after removing the makeup, there was no improvement to my skin. $300 wasted (did not accept the offered discount for posting a favorable review, as everyone else seems to have done.)

my skin has never felt or looked as good as after my facials at Polished. Jessica takes the time to assess my skin each visit and cater to the specific needs on that day. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

Jessica is a wonderful esthetician! I love going to her for facials it is such a great, relaxing experience! It is so much more than just a facial, more like a massage!!! Also her Brazilian waxes are pain free! I recommend Jessica to everybody I know!
