The staff are absolutely amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive! They answered any questions I had, and I even made an appointment for my other cat to get a check-up! I would absolutely, 100% recommend this clinic!!

We are very sorry for your loss ,you called the clinic at 4;45 there was no doctor here I did how ever try to offer you the doctor on call phone number , before you hung up the phone , we are a very compassionate caring group here and again our condolence's for the loss of your beloved pet , I hope your regular veterinarian can help you with understanding what happened to your pet as you mentioned he was under their care/ on medication .

On June 16, 2017 my dog was super sick and I thought he was about to die, I was given the phone number for this vet office, my dog has been here once in 2012 when I first got him and since then I brought him to the states and I am glad I did as they show more compassion to their patients, when I called here in distress and histrarics about my dogs gums being white and his breathing really heavy and slow I asked if I could bring him in for an emergency, I was greeted by the lovely words of the reception saying no, went back to my dog checked ok him and he had died, called back in even more historical wanting to bring him in to get confirmation that he was gone, the reception then said " well is he breathing, to which I said he was not breathing well now if at all, the receptionist then said if he is not breathing he is dead and the crematorium is closed". At this point I was so astonished that someone who works in a vets office could be so cold and show no compassion, I will tell all of my friends to never ever go here as if you cannot care or show compassion how would anyone be able to trust a vet office like that to take care their animals.

First time taking our 7 month old puppies. Very thorough and caring. Amanda was great as well, especially since both pups needed a thorough ear cleaning, nails clipped and tear ducts opened. Lots of good suggestions re feeding and overall care. Cost of visit really reasonable.

I had to take my 16 year old cat who was very sick. She was losing weight very fast. The Doctor was very helpful and understanding when we had to put her down. All of the staff went out of their way to help. In the future I will take my other animals there. I will also refer this clinic to others.
