I called in today and spoke with a very rude receptionist named Lynn. I was trying to gather information on having my 10 year old 93 lb boxer put down because he has cancer. I want him cremated and his the ashes returned to me. She was completely stand-offish and condescending. I will never use this animal hospital nor will I ever recommend it solely based on her!

On a roadtrip and had an emergency with one of the pets while passing through. Amazing staff and vet that helped us out under such short notice. More expensive than in Saskatchewan (where I'm living) but for the service and peace of mind, I don't mind.

I'm quite shocked at the bad reviews on this place... I'm quite happy with any services we've received! I've always felt that I got more than what I paid for and the staff has always been wonderful as well.

Not a trustworthy veterinarian office.
I am a vet tech, and I knew what procedures/tests I wanted done on my dog when I arrived. An extra unneeded test was done that cost $150, and when I said no to an injection, the veterinarian took it upon himself to give it to her anyway when he brought her into his back room (away from me) to take blood, another $80 that didn't need to happen.
I will never return here, your best interest and your pets best interest is not at heart... He is out to get your money.
