Bad serviced ever !!! I booked at early days and paid already, but when i came to pick up the car they told me that they don't have car for me, and they didn't tried to find the solutions for this situations, just shirk. If i can give 0 star I will. Not recommend to rent a car from here.

I rent vehicles from this location for work. Literally 1000s of dollars a month. Never have the vehicle that I have requested in. Always trying to give me a compact suv in place of full size suv. I generally have a rental 3 out 4 weeks of the month depending hoe long my job goes. Was charged a late fee becuase I returned a vehicle 1 hour after I was scheduled too. Even tho I am an avis preferred plus member.

I booked a passengers van 2 weeks prior to Sunday August 7th. All was confirmed, pick up Sunday August 7th at 4 pm. I did call on Tuesday August 2nd to check if all was in order, being local I was told by word of mouth that this Avis location in Saint Catahrines had and continues to have customer service issues.
A lady answered and I related the booking details, it took a while for her to find the details and she came back telling me that the vehicle was in for a recall but that it should be back and not to worry. I reiterated that I,d rather be told no so I can make other arrangements early as we are travelling with 10 people on a planned holiday. She confirmed with me that she would call us by tomorrow if the vehicle would not be available.
No call so all is good right? wrong I got a call from a gentlemen on Sunday August 7th at 2.30 , 1. 1/2 hours before pickup that the vehicle is not available. I asked what the reason for the cancelation was but he did not have that information. Wonder who is in charge of this "office" We suppose to head off up north at 6 o clock.
Needless to say it has put us in a rather difficult spot, we did find another rental company that had two SUV passengers cars left for rental , lucky for us as it is long weekend.
AVOID THIS SAINT CATAHRINES AVIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES WHO HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.

Waited for 20 minutes while the only attendant took the garden hose to wash off the car from the last guy...

Do not reserve rental and expect it to be ready on time. Poorly managed office. Vehicle was on site however had not been returned properly the previous evening and not cleaned or made ready for morning rental. Staff could not bring up reservation on the computer and after 45 min. of runaround I left and had to scramble to make alternate arrangements.
