I have only had one unpleasant visit here out of over a dozen. I can't always get to my family doctor when I need medical assistance and fortunately for me this place is around the corner from my house. I've seen three doctors here. Two very friendly and polite just like my family doctor and then the woman doctor that I saw which wasn't as kind and in fact questioned my family doctors advice to me and was quite insulting on the matter. Four occasions that come to mind are when I was 17 and got my first knife. I had a mishap with the locking mechanism and cut right through to the bone. The doctor was concerned about how it happened but stitched me up promptly and made sure I knew how to properly take care of it afterwards. Second, I accidentally took a small hand saw to my finger and the doctor was able to reassure me that there was nothing wrong with the wound, patched me up, and made sure I knew the after care. This was the same doctor that stitched me up when I was 17. Third, in high school I got my face beat in and my lip was pouring blood. Same doctor as the last two incidents. Patched me up and assured me if I took care of it like he said it would heal just fine. Fourth and most recent, I went in after a P.S.W. suggested I see a doctor about a possible infection on my finger. Doctor Jay took a look at it and deemed it was most likely a skin irritation from the object that cut me. One prescription and ten minutes of my time and I was on my way. Going in for a follow up soon to make sure the irritation is on its way to proper recovery.

The clinic was not busy on a Sunday. Dr Jay took the time to talk to me and explain everything, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Grateful for Phyicians like him.

Barb was the medical assistant and was very pleasant. While I was waiting, she treated everyone who came in with kindness, respect, and understanding.
There were many who had registered before me, but I was out of the building in under an hour. Dr Listoe knew my problem right away, explained it to me, answered my questions, and wrote down his diagnosis with a website for me to visit for further information (and it was legible!). He referred me to a specialist, and Barb called me within a couple hours with an appointment.

The best walk-in clinic at which I've been a patient. From support staff to doctors, they are thorough, kind and respectful of their patients. Highly recommend.

Excellent! I would like to say that the women on the front lines have always gone above and beyond for me and my family - so much so in fact - we will drive in from Welland just to go to this particular clinic. The doctor is quick, matter of fact and straight to the point which I LOVE! we are just as busy that I want to get it done! Hats off to them all!
