We've been with Jennifer Poynton for over 20 years and she has been nothing but courteous, professional and helpful. For example, recently she went above & beyond an average brokers duty and fought for an incredibly great rate package for our home/auto renewal!! She is thoughtful,conscientious and a seasoned insurance pro....excuse the old cliche, but with Jennifer,... "you're in good hands."

The most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After the messed up my cancellation they never returned my phone calls for 3 days until they needed more money I can't believe these people are still in business
