DO NOT BUY CAR INSURANCE HERE
State Farm has been fighting for over two months to give me a fair offer. Today I find out that they have been quoting the wrong car this entire time. Mary at State Farm denies my car even existed.
I don't know how they can give a quote for a settlement when they don't even know what type of car you have. I told them the car year make and model, all that information is correct on the insurance slip, so I don't see all the confusion.
If they can insure the correct car why can't they understand that it is a real car and it exists.
Mary at State Farm says says a 2004 Subaru Impreza Outback sport wagon doesn't exist. Good job Mary.
The first person they assigned my file to, is gone on a pregnancy leave.
And that's great, Women should get lots of time off for that.
But then they didn't reassign a new agent for two weeks.
I have requested to have Mary Removed from my file 3 times for obvious reasons. At this time Mary is still on my claim even though I will not speak with her.
I do not trusted Mary to do this claim properly. She is quoting the wrong type of car.
Now here we are two and a half months in and they don't even understand what kind of car i have, even though I have sent them 14 ads and pictures from dealerships i did research for them and still they don't get it.
I sent them dealership ads selling 2004 Subaru Impreza Outback sport wagon and they still don't understand.
There is so much more to this story.
State Farm will lie to you again and AGAIN, don't believe anything they tell you most of it is lies.

State Farm has dropped the ball so many times on this claim they don't know where the ball is anymore.
If you do have State Farm Insurance this is what will probably happen to you if you ever try to put a claim through.

Bought a policy here a few years ago and I've never heard a peep from his office since then. No letters, cards, calendars, etc No follow ups every once in awhile to check in on my needs. Literally nothing to know i was even ever a customer here. Decided to move my policy to a different agent.

Cancelled car insurance three weeks in advance on two vehicles after they already took payment from my account and have the nerve to say I owe them $52 . Don't take they're word for anything because it's not good. Maybe a little passed that trying to jack my insurance up a $1000 a year on one vehicle didn't turn out for you eh. I pay less by $1500 a year now with a reputable firm thanks.
