What an amazing community to be a part of. The coaches, the members, and the facility itself are all pleasantly wonderful, encouraging, and motivating. Every day I leave the gym, I can't wait to come back the next.

Never have I been at a gym where the coaches take the extra time to really go over what your individual goals are. This gym has offered mobility classes throughout the week and I have struggled with poor range of motion for years and I now see improvement with the help of crossfit St.catharines.
