During the time when I worked out at this gym, I can say that the establishment was well stocked with all the proper machines (strength and cardio), weights, bars and pulleys. Along with a very friendly and helpful staff.

I was a guest at your Ontario Street location last night. I must say that the sales associate was very professional. Her positive attitude demonstrated that she really enjoyed what she was doing and really appreciated my presence. I definitely will look into obtaining a membership at this particular location.

Great price never terribly busy. However I must say the number of classes that are offered to someone working normal hours are kinda sad. All during the day and only during the week. No point on getting the more expensive membership when the perks dont really mean anything.
