Yoga by Sarah has changed my life! I joined when I started the Yoga Teacher Training, and I have completely fallen in love. The staff are incredible. They are knowledgeable, and can answer your questions-or help you find the resources to find the answer. Everyone is very accepting-whether you're new to yoga or a veteran yogi. There are lots of different classes available to choose from, and workshops to help you dive in and learn more about yoga.

I have been enjoying prenatal yoga, baby and mom yoga and now hot yoga at Yoga by Sarah for almost 4 years now! I love the space and instructors. It is also an added bonus that there is child minding services available. Thank you Yoga by Sarah for creating such a welcoming space to practice.

I've tried a few yoga studios in St. Catharines and Yoga By Sarah is truly special. I started my first month there a couple of weeks ago, and each class I try whether hot or regular yoga offers something new and different. The instructors are experienced and good at what they do, but they are each able to present their own styles and this means classes are never dull: there is variation and it's kept me coming back for more almost every day. I'm not a beginner but I'm nowhere near advanced and somehow the classes both challenge me and allow me to work from my own level. Plus, the community environment there is nice, including the staff who've been really kind to me. I now know what everyone was talking about when they recommended Yoga By Sarah. :)

I love this studio! The variety of classes and instructors makes it really dynamic and gives lots of choice. The studios, washrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. A friendly, welcoming and relaxing place.

I am newish to Yoga and I have found everyone very friendly and have made me feel very welcomed in the studio. I have come to really enjoy all the classes I go to and look forward to going. I come from Hamilton right now and I find the drive worth it.
