I wasn't planning on having burger but when we walked into the eatery section one of the staff started to wave his hand. So I'm pretty sure he certifies it... The burgers were amazing, onion ring was the bomb. This burger joint has a unique taste so pls enjoy it.

Horrible service, my girlfriend was asking the cashier about the different options of burgers and she did not answer any of her questions, she started typing and ignoring, in other word she was mean and rude, and she pushed her to get a bacon cheese burger. Then when the order came out she yelled her name and gave her a mad eye, the burger was so small and she got charged $10 for just a tiny bacon cheese burger, not even tomatoes or lettuce definitely not coming back to that place, horrible experience.

received some pretty horrible service today. I ordered a burger and a drink and I guess the cashier forgot to put the drink I asked for on the receipt but gave me the pop anyways. I was told it was free refills so the first time I refilled it was okay but then before I left I tried to get it refilled and this lady with red hair made a big stink and was very rude saying I didn't pay for the drink. I would not recommend this place customer service was horrible on top of that the burger wasn't medium well and bun was all over the place

We live local. The first time we went, the outside of the burgers were so badly charred, all we tasted was burnt coal. We gave it another shot and the burger was incredible. So we chalked our first experience up to a bad chef/dirty grill. Well the third visit, the meat tasted so disgusting (like freezer burnt, stale, soggy clearance rack beef) that we vowed to never EVER visit again. They are sooo expensive and so not worth it. Save your money. If you are desperate, get their fries or onion rings, they are pretty safe.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. The poutine is also really good and my wife enjoyed the ice cream sandwich. The only reason why I'm not giving Big Smoke Burger a 5/5 is because I could not find their allergy policy online (unusual for most franchises). When I tried to call this restaurant to ask about allergies, no one picked-up. In fact, the phone rang continuously for a total of three minutes (I called twice). On the plus side, it lead me to visit the store in-person to ask about it. However, I would've been pretty disappointed if I was allergic to it. I also thought that it was a bit silly to charge $1.75 extra for cheese. But either way, this is a great place for a bite to eat!
