The customer service was swift and friendly. The blizzard was made well and tasted as expected. The tables were properly maintained. Overall, the establishment was up to standard, but nothing personable enough to be memorable.

After a hike we stopped for a Blizzard. Our dogs were each offered a Doggie Cone.

The drive through speakers are usually difficult to order through or hear what the employees are saying. They dont offer burgers at this location.

I went to buy a DQ birthday cake today and it took about 10-15 minutes to have someone realize we were there (There were only 2 staff members on the floor.. maybe someone called in sick?) That being said the drive through had 2 cars which I understand that its a priority as well.
ANYWAYS after waiting the teenage girl who cashed me out was extremely rude.. didn't even say hello or apologize for the wait, simply just told me the total for my cake. It was very awkward
I also did realize the sign that was put up by the staff which wasn't very welcoming at all. The sign read "I scream, you scream we POLITELY ask the worker for ice cream eh"
I understand there is rude customers but to have a sign up making that remark is seriously uncalled for implying that everyone is rude.
I did not feel welcome....maybe older staff and more management around this DQ is needed
