I had a consultation a while back. The staff seemed really nice. But their doctor was very condescending and very unaware of transgender issues (I'm transgender). He seemed more interested in pushing skin care products than he was dealing with assessing me for hair removal.
I was told that having hair removal prior to having my genitalia changed was pointless, in spite of the fact most transgender people have great results without confirmation surgery. Which only supports his lack of knowledge.
Because of this, I decided NOT to follow through with the estimate I was given. And I'd strongly discourage transgender people from using this clinic. Though the staff are very kind, their on site doctor will most likely make you feel like a piece of meat, as he did me.

Just visited Affordable Laser clinic during my vacation to Niagara Falls and I am glad I found this place to get a rejuvenating facial treatment (Fruit-Acid Peel. The staff there in the clinic are very friendly and professional especially Bahar and Simon. After the treatment I could not believe I looked 20 years young and now I am almost 60years old. They took out my brown spots and wrinkles. I just cannot say how happy I am with this Affordable Laser clinic and the whole treatment is very reasonable to what I would have paid in USA. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have had a series of PCA Sensi Peels the past 6 months and am very pleased with the results.
The Laser Aesthetician was very kind and knowledgeable and explained every step during the peel/hydro-dermabrasion process. There were no surprises with possible discomfort or side effects after the treatment - the staff made sure to stress MINIMAL exposure to sunlight and tanning beds.
