Lovely staff, very professional and friendly. Location is well appointed, clean with plenty of parking. Fabulous intro specials. Excellent after care teaching. Will return. Thank you so much.

I am a client here and from the very beginning I was treated with lots of respect and the staff really sympathized with my body issues. Its been a while since I booked my treatment for cool sculpting and actually getting my first 2 treatments done but I am very impressed with Laine the receptionist as shes very friendly and Laura my technician was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable and at ease while the treatment was going on as it got a bit painful at first. I still have to have 2 more treatments and Im looking forward to them.

When I first went into St. Catharines office,staff was very welcoming. They had a really good juviderm promotion. After speaking with manager, made arrangements for service. Before receiving treatment I was asked to pay first, which I thought was unusual. Very professional nurse consulted doctor, in which I was not able to receive treatment.(health history). Was told in store could not credit my debit card,which I paid in full with??? Still waiting for my money to be returned!!

Finally was able to speak with Sarah P. My money will be put on my credit card .
Would like to try another one of their treatments, but hesitant?
