So glad to have been able to drop in for a class. The teacher is very well practiced and knowledgeable.
The drop in rate was $15 and she had extra mats. I left feeling very well.

Meranda Squires teaches from the heart, and is tireless in her work to present yoga together with its oft-forgotten Indian roots. Anyone curious about the mental and spiritual dimensions of yoga practice, or in the philosophical traditions behind its emergence, would do well to pay Meranda a visit.
