If you've done some yoga and you're ready for a more serious type of engagement, this is the place for you. Bev Winsor has years of experience and goes to India to study regularly. She is gentle but knows how to allow us to grow and learn. This is also safe yoga, no one is pushed, physical limitations are respected, and we're always told how to protect ourselves from injury. The best testimonial for The Yoga Room may be the number of us who have been practicing with Bev for decades.
