The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff who's stretched thin and the decor. The food is awfull, pricy and the portions are a joke.

Attended the Sudbury restaurant but I'm guessing the format will be the same at most establishments. I ordered the Tomahawk Rib. It was tasty, as were the mashed potatoes and veggies. Here's the thing, had I known I was getting 1 single rib accompanied by less than a 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, I would have ordered something else. I'm 5'9" - 169 lbs. Honestly....$24.99 for A rib?!? And, "No...this was not a 1/4lb rib."
I personally consider this terrible value. As much as the service was good (hence the 2 stars) frankly, I see no reason to return.

Food was great. Service is the worse I have seen in years. The waitress came to the table 2 times for everything and acted like it was the first time. Take about DEJA VUE.

Always a fun time at Shoeless Joe's! Great staff and management. I'm there at least once a month. Food is good, prices reasonable.

Great restaurant! First time at Shoeless Joe's. Nice atmosphere and lots of options on the menu. Food presentation was excellent. The classic burger was perfect! My only complaint would be that the waiter told us the burgers were half price for that day but when the bill came it was really only $3 off each burger.
