It is a good feeling to know that they keep their eyes on the ball for you. The brokers I was with before never called me to inform me of better deals available, in other words looking out for my best interest. Russel has a GREAT team and Chantal Carriere exceeded my expectations in every way.

Gilles is very easy to do business with and does his best to get you the best deal possible. Switched from my previous insurance company and saved myself over $500.00.
Many times, policy changes can be done over the phone, and save you having to drive to their offices.
Very friendly staff.

Nickel City insurance Brokers are number one in my book. Russell Fraser and his team go out of their way to make sure all your coverage worries are addressed. Their personal touch makes a real difference and the ability to reach them any time of the day or night when you have a problem is a real stress relief. I recommend if you're shopping around, to give Russ a call.

I was with a big insurance company for many years. This company was online or on the phone, but didn't offer face to face services. I was happy though, only leaving because they weren't able to write a policy for my changing needs. I shopped a lot when looking to switch and ended up putting my trust in nickel city. I've been working with Gilles and have found him to be very helpful and efficient. I didn't really realize what I was missing before, but now that I have a name and face of a human who is taking care of my insurance needs I feel that much more comfortable. I think that's part of what having insurance is supposed to do for us, right? Costs have been competitive, too, so it was really a win win for me. Highly recommend these folks.
