Extremely rude, they have no problem with talking down to their potential customers when they call for a cab.. they also don't have a problem with just not showing up. I've been hung up on, I've waited over an hour for a cab they never dispatched with no apology whatsoever. Some of the drivers are lovely folk, however some of them are just as rude. They take advantage of the fact that there's only one rival cab company - and they're just as bad.

Driver barely spoke; didn't bother to help with bags (in or put) nor get out of the mini-van let alone even tell us how to open the rear hatch. Then he drove like a nut, spinning the tires after stopping at red lights. All the while low tire pressure warning light blinking on the dash. The only good thing I can say is that he arrived within 5 minutes after our hotel, Prince Arthur Waterfront, forgot to arrange transport for us to the airport. Thunder Bay is in serious need of Uber considering the poor ratings of both the taxi companies available in this city and considering the crazy high rates these taxi companies charge for their horrible service.

So nice... I called yellow cab and waited 1 hours called again n no one showed up... but these guys were there in less then 5 minutes.... just great

Gave one star cause zero wasn't possible , been taking these cabs for years always say 10 mins and take half an hour (if you're lucky) My cab just pulled up now after 32 mins was just told 10. Dispatchers act like you are inconveniencing them every time you call. Worst taxi ever! Now that said it extra sucks because there is only 2 cab companies in town and Roaches (the other) is just as bad. My driver looks like a transient. They smell horrible and the cab smells like farts because they use propane in there vehicles. The only advice I can give in this taxi hell is take diamond in fort william and roach's in port Arthur (seems to help speed, I use the word speed loosely). For the record I'm 99% certain that anyone giving a good review is biased in some way.

Why do you guys hang up so quickly? It's not cool at all because you should allow the customer be the one to hang up. What if they had something else to ask or say? Really not customer etiquette at all
