Really want to like this place. Coffee is solid but the owners really need to learn how to run a business.
Was in there for a late afternoon coffee at 4:30. People were putting up art work on the wall. They moved all the customers away from the wall who were in their way in order to do their work and then moved them back after they were done.
Here's an idea... How about you do your art installation after you close at 7? You can't wait 2 hours to do your work? Why should your PAYING CUSTOMERS be disturbed just so you can hang artwork?
Ever been to a restaurant and been asked to get up and move so they can mop the floor and then move back when they are done? You do that before or after business hours. Not during.
I like supporting local shops and local artists but there's no reason why you can't do that and exercise some judgment at the same time. It's a business. Not your house.

Best cap and great homestyle muffins. Hearty and just a bit sweet; not like the cupcakes without icing that pass for muffins so many other places.

Hipster cafe, prices are a bit more expensive than jimmies or Starbucks for example but the espresso is one of the best I've had. It makes it worth the cold shouldered staff. The cafe itself is very hot all the time, I would recommend you get the coffee to go.
